To understand the concept of Footprint, let's reflect on the impact we have had on the lives of others. Parents spend time and money to prepare their children to stand tall in a world where only the fittest can survive. Think about the impact business owners and service providers have had in the lives of others and their contributions to the development of our communities.

No one can write the history of African independence without mentioning Nnamdi Azikiwe, Kwame Nkrumah, Julius Nyerere, among others. Nation building is a Herculean task; some leaders, such as Nelson Mandela, take it as a manifest destiny to build a viable nation, while others enjoy weakening the fabric of their nations for selfish ends. Let us also not forget Martin Luther King, Jr and Rosa Parks and how their non-violence political movement put civil rights in the forefront of American politics. We celebrate Nigeria’s Margaret Ekpo’s struggle for women’s political rights in Africa.
