eMiner Community Directory policy page is just getting started. We do not accept all listings. Listing must pass the family friendly test. We do not accept any type of spam or sending of unwanted e-mail. All registered users must go through a two stage registration process and verify their e-mail address by clicking a link in the first e-mail sent. We follow best standards e-mailing practises and you can contact our abuse e-mail address listed here, anytime to report abuse. We will take action and respect your privacy. eMiner does not currently maintain any type of e-mailing list and as a rule we only reply to subscribers to the site when a question is asked or helped is requested. We don't send out any Ad's of any type. If you believe you have received spam from a eMiner.net address it may be a fraud using the domain as a false return address. This type of abuse is done daily to thousands of websites. Using a service lke Spam Cop will help you determine where the spam really came from. You can choose to report it or just use the service to see who you need to block. Blocking e-mails set to you will do little if anything to stop the spam due to the return address being false. Please use This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for abuse issues. Why don't we have an abuse@? Spam senders will actually guess that one and spam you silly at your abuse address! Hard to believe but very true. Terms of Use - will be added as necessary; Use of the 'Personal Page' component of eMiner is an area for a personal story perhaps about how you started your business or Internet site? All we ask is that you try and make it 'personal' and not just an Ad. Thank you for your consideration.
